USB Device Not Recognized In Windows

First I was checked my USB drivers, but there is no problem with my USB device drivers. After that, I was checked USB port but no problem with the USB ports because other devices are working perfectly like my keyboard, wireless mouse, headphones, data cables, etc. The error occurs when I plug in my pendrive only. Also, I was checked my pendrive in another PC and laptops, but it’s working perfectly. After that, the next question on my mind is “motherboard”, but there is no problem with my motherboard. I was also uninstall USB device drivers, but it’s not working. But there are miracles, when I was remove the Power Supply plug and my USB port is working. I’m shocked, because I was trying many fixes, but it’s doesn’t work.
